Abstract:<span lang="EN-US">This study aims to examine the effect of self-efficacy, intrinsic motivation on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of elementary school teachers in the post-COVID-19 pandemic mediated by teacher engagement and moderated by job characteristics.
