Dropped head syndrome: report of a rare complication after multilevel bilateral cervical radiofrequency neurotomy

Abstract: Dropped head syndrome is a rarely discussed complication of cervical radiofrequency neurotomy. Here, we review presentation, management, and possible mitigating factors of this complication.
