Drotaverine to shorten the duration of labour in primigravidas: a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial

Abstract: Background: Drotaverine, a spasmolytic, has been found to have potential to achieve a reduction in the duration of labour and prevent prolonged labour.
