Drug‐coated balloon angioplasty and 1 month DAPT strategy: Insights from the real world

Abstract: Key Points The use of short‐term dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT) (1 month) may be safe after drug‐coated balloon (DCB) angioplasty. This study suggests no risk of major cardiovascular adverse events at 6 months after a DCB angioplasty and 1 month DAPT regimen. Randomized trials are needed to confirm the present data.
