Abstract: Allergic reactions to drugs caused by piperacillin-tazobactam are common in clinical practice. However, we also found a few cases of drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome (DiHS)/Drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms (DRESS) caused by piperacillin-tazobactam in our clinical work.
