Abstract: BackgroundAnastrozole is a selective aromatase inhibitor used for the treatment of postmenopausal hormone‐sensitive breast cancer. The major side effects include osteoporosis, hypercholesterolemia, and musculoskeletal events, such as arthralgia and myalgia.
