Drug resistance from preferred antiretroviral regimens for HIV infection in South Africa: A modeling study

Abstract: Background Tenofovir-containing regimens comprise the preferred first-line antiretroviral therapy (ART) in many countries including South Africa, where utilization of second-line regimens is limited.
