Abstract:With the in-depth study of the human genome and the increasing popularity of gene sequencing, it has been gradually confirmed that genetics can play a crucial role in infertility. To provide references for clinical treatment, we have focused on genes and drug therapy for genetic infertility. This review recommends adjuvant therapy and drug substitution.
