“…Of note is the tendency of the hybrid papers presented in this work to achieve higher values of Δ Τ in response to lower values of V DC than that of previously reported GRM-based heaters. For instance, Δ Τ = 100 °C, V DC = 15 V, Δ Τ = 130 °C, V DC = 8 V, Δ Τ = 80 °C, V DC = 7 V, Δ Τ = 70 °C, V DC = 15 V, and Δ Τ = 150 °C, V DC = 10 V are some characteristic examples of the performance of similar heating elements found in the literature.…”

“…Figure c–e contains IR thermographs obtained via the thermal imaging method on a MWCNT_GNP_20 sample after it achieved steady state under V DC = 3 V, V DC = 4 V, and V DC = 5 V, respectively. Apart from the anticipated behavior of film edges remaining cooler than the rest of the sample due to higher heat dissipation there, the films show a slight shift of the distribution toward the top edge of the film as heating of this region of upright orientated samples is enhanced by convection. Nonetheless, the widest area of the sample maintains a uniform distribution with point values from the IR thermal imager software corresponding well to measurements recorded using the thermocouple in contact with the center of each film.…”

“…The SWCNT film thickness was controlled by varying the collection time, and the transmittance and sheet resistance were determined (Figure 3e). [ 91 ] The transmittance data showed that while the p ‐doping effect increased the transmittance marginally, the difference was insignificant in both T = 70% and 90% cases (Figure 3f). Both transparency and conductivity determine the performance of TCEs.…”
