Dual‐band dual‐polarized shared‐aperture antenna with cross‐band scattering suppression

Abstract: A dual‐band dual‐polarized shared‐aperture antenna with suppression of cross‐band scattering for base station application is presented in this article. The proposed antenna consists of a lower‐frequency‐band (LFB) antenna and two 1 × 3 higher‐frequency‐band (HFB) arrays. The LFB antenna is designed with a novel configuration.
