Abstract:Mutations in the encoding Dystrophin gene lead to lethal, genetic muscular dystrophies such as Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD), and Becker Muscular Dystrophy (BMD) which have a slower progression than DMD and an intermediate form.
