Abstract:Intestinal perforation is a common cause of acute abdomen presenting in the Accident & Emergency department. A rare case is presented of a 34-year-old male, known case of uncorrected Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF), developing sudden abdominal pain, bilious vomiting and jaundice.
