Abstract: The skin microbiome at lesion sites in patients with atopic dermatitis (AD) is characterized by dysbiosis. Although the administration of dupilumab, an IL-4Rα inhibitor, improves dysbiosis in the bacterial microbiome, information regarding the fungal microbiome remains limited.
