Durch eine Lymphogranulomatose vorgetäuschter Ovarialtumor

Abstract: A case of lymphogranulomatosis involving the left broad ligament in a 68-year-old patient is reported. The lymphogranuloma with the extent of two fists presented like an immobile ovarian tumour on palpation. An abdominal hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy and lymphnode resection was performed. No complications occurred during the postoperative course. Haematologic treatment was subsequently initiated.
