Dust related respiratory pathology and pulmonary hypertension

Abstract: Hemodynamic parameters of right and left heart ventricles and both greater and lesser blood circulations were studied using Doppler echocardiography in 129 patients with arterial hypertension, 54 patients with dust related respiratory pathology and 97 subjects of two control groups.
