Abstract: Amaç-Havacılık sektöründe yan gelir kavramı, yolculara doğrudan veya dolaylı olarak seyahat öncesinde, esnasında veya sonrasında yapılan satışlarla seyahat deneyiminin bir parçası olarak elde edilen gelir olarak tanımlanmaktadır.
