Abstract: Background: Globally hypertensive disorder of pregnancy contributes 14% of maternal death, it is approximately 42,000 mother per year.[1,,2] Nearly all of these deaths occur in low-resource settings (99%).[3] Hypertensive disorders of pregnancy (HDPs) affect about 10% of all pregnant women around the world and are an important cause of maternal and perinatal mortality and morbidity.
