Abstract:A rare neurological condition known as Dyke-Davidoff-Masson syndrome (DDMS) is characterized by cerebral hemiatrophy, facial asymmetry, contralateral motor impairment, and seizures. Cerebral hypoplasia, ventriculomegaly, paranasal sinus hyper-pneumatization, and compensatory osseous expansion are classic imaging findings.
