“…Recently, Alq 3 molecules have been incorporated into various sol-gel matrices for studying their static [15] and dynamics [16] spectroscopic behaviors, and interesting results concerning energy transfer, lifetime and photostability have been obtained, but other experimental results were not taken in full consideration.
