“…Powder particles that are loaded in the gun attach to the surface to be coated due to electrostatic attraction. It is possible to re-use the unattached powder particles that pass through in low efficiency mass production systems [ 21 , 22 , 23 , 24 , 25 , 26 ]. Furthermore, thermoset epoxy/polyester systems are used as thermoplastic filler material after hydrolysis.…”

“…For some applications, it is an ideal polymer due to its transparency, its surface qualities and mechanical stiffness. Despite its amorphous nature, it is a thermoplastic that has always been preferred in the polymer industry due to its easy processability and versatility [6][7][8][9]. Thermoplastic materials are often used with many different kinds of organic and inorganic additives [10][11][12][13].…”

“…For example, non-linear change of glass transition temperature and dynamic modulus with TiO 2 content increase was observed for amine-cured epoxy micro-and nanocomposites obtained with the use of commercial fillers [9]. Such changes in the polymer chains molecular mobility often relate to a filler distribution in the polymeric matrix and interfacial interactions of polymer chains with filler particles.…”
