Dynamic generation of the adaptive courseware based on learning technology standards

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to generate the adaptive courseware for distance education which supports the learning technology standards SCORM adopts. Since the issues have been found during the application of the standards, this paper tries to construct the courseware at the pedagogy layer, and takes the standards as a bottom layer.
