Dynamic Heterogeneous Panel Data Models with Cross-Section Dependence

Abstract: <p>This dissertation generalizes the asymptotic theory of dynamic cross-section heterogeneous coefficient panels with interactive fixed effects to allow for the cross-section units to be correlated due to local shocks.
