Dynamic Measurement Error Modeling and Analysis in a Photoelectric Scanning Measurement Network

Abstract: A photoelectric scanning measurement network is a kind of distributed measurement system based on the principle of angle intersection, in which transmitters and photoelectric receivers are the main parts. The scanning lasers in transmitters emit signals and they are obtained by receivers at the measured points. Then the coordinate of the receiver can be calculated by the optimization algorithm. Its outstanding static measurement performance and network scalability capacity give it great potential in large-scal… Show more

“…It stands out for its high measurement accuracy, strong interactivity, wide measurement range, and strong field practicability [3]. Within this system, the photoelectric sensor plays a crucial role, directly influencing the measurement range and accuracy [4]. These sensors not only receive optical signals, but also adapt to various measurement environments, performing functions like information conversion, extraction, and calculation.…”

“…Compared with these previous methods, photoelectric scanning measurement network, having concurrent measurement capability, has developed rapidly and shown great potential in the large-scale manufacturing industry [8]. As a representative, the workshop measurement positioning system (wMPS) has been widely advocated in the manufacturing industry, and intensive research efforts have been conducted on this system [9,10,11,12,13,14].…”
