Dynamic model of wind power balancing in hybrid power system

Abstract: Abstract:The paper presents a dynamic model of a hybrid power system composed of a wind park, a diesel generator, and an electrochemical energy storage system. The purpose of conventional generating units and energy storage equipment in the hybrid power system is the balancing of fluctuating power generated by renewable energy sources as well as an increase in supplied power quality.
