Dynamic output feedback under quantization based on spherical polar coordinate quantizer

Abstract: Different from uniform quantizer and logarithmic quantizer, this article utilizes a novel quantizer based on spherical polar coordinates for the design problems of quantized feedback systems with dynamic output feedback.
