Abstract:A systematic study is made on the time-dependent dynamic transport characteristics of the sidecoupled double quantum-impurity system based on the hierarchical equations of motion. It is found that the transport current behaves like a single quantum dot when the coupling strength is low during tunneling or coulomb coupling. The dynamic current oscillates due to the temporal coherence of the electron tunneling device only when the tunneling transition is coupled. The oscillation frequency of the transport curren… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
