Dynamics Noise Behaviors on Magneto-Optical Kerr Effect Measurement System

Abstract: Nowadays, computer and data processing industry are moving to nanomagnetic devices technology. One of the common measurement systems to observe nanomagnetic device are magneto optical Kerr effect and Faraday effects.
