Dynamics of Certain Chemical Components in Tomato Fruit (Lycopersicon Eculentum Mill.) Maintained at Different Temperatures After Harvest

Abstract: Traditional tomato varieties are of particular importance for vegetable cultivation, by capitalizing on the diversity of local populations and increasing the number of crops.
