Abstract:Cotton fiber development entails complex genome-wide gene regulatory networks (GRN) that remain mostly unexplored. Here we present integrative analyses of fiber GRNs using public RNA-seq datasets, integrated with multi-omics genomic, transcriptomic, and cistromic data.
