Dynamics of Non-Uniformity Loads of Afc Drives

Abstract: The length of armoured face conveyors currently used in hard coal mines most often ranges between 200 m and 300 m. The machines are equipped with a main and auxiliary drive. Asynchronous motors mounted in conveyor drives feature the capacity of several hundreds of kilowatts. The non-uniform distribution of loads onto individual drives is observed in practice. The numerical value of loads distribution onto the individual armoured face conveyor drives is represented by a drive load distribution factor. It is defi… Show more

“…This method cannot reflect the real dynamic properties of the chain drive system. Dolipski et al [12,13] created a physical and mathematical model that helped determine the dynamic loads of a chain drive system. The results of the computer simulations were useful.…”

“…The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results. Dolipsk M [4] established the dynamic model of scraper conveyor under non-uniform load and obtained the slip rate of motor in this state.…”

“…The change of tension is an important cause of dynamic load, chain clamping, and chain breaking faults. Dolipski [6][7][8] recorded in detail the uneven distribution of load on a single drive motor during the actual operation of the scraper conveyor. They also introduced the load distribution coefficient to represent the uneven distribution of load.…”
