Abstract:The growth of Pliss lymphosarcoma in experimental animals was followed by accumulation oxidative protein modification products and structural simplification of blood plasma facies pattern in the central and peripheral zones. A correlation was found between the tumor volume, blood content of aldehyde and ketone dinitrophenylhydrazones, and structural characteristics of the peripheral and central facies zone.
