Abstract:177 patients with clinical manifestations of thoracocervical osteochondrosis with vertebro-cardial syndrome and ischemic disease of heart were inspected. 94 patients (main group) underwent a course of intraosteal blockades, while 83 patients (control group) underwent a course of paravertebral blocades.
