Dynamics of transcription elongation are finely tuned by dozens of regulatory factors

Abstract: Understanding the complex network and dynamics that regulate transcription elongation requires the quantitative analysis of RNA polymerase II (Pol II) activity in a wide variety of regulatory environments.
