Wireless sensor network (WSN) are used to sense, process, and send important information relating to surrounding environment. In these network, one of the important issue is timely delivery of packets to destination and thus avoiding packet loss when sensor nodes are mobile. Most of the current research does not allow handling of packets of mobile sensor nodes till next Time‐division multiple access (TDMA) schedule. In this work, we investigate the problem of allocating reserved slots to mobile nodes which come in vicinity of new cluster head in currenTDMAschedule only. We model allocation of reserved slots to mobile nodes as cooperative game. We then propose cooperative coordination scheme to allow cooperation among mobile sensor nodes for accessing of reserved slots with the objective of avoiding unnecessary delay and packet loss in the network. We consider solution for both the cases when reserved slot is limited to 1 and when reserved slots are more than 1. We then propose evolutionary game theory‐based slot allocation scheme for calculation of probability by solving nash equilibrium point. This probability is used by mobile nodes to send data packets to new cluster head. Our scheme avoids end to end delay of packets and network congestion due to buffer overflows. We then present extensive simulation results comparing our scheme with existing techniques. The results show higher performance in terms of average residual energy, network lifetime and packet delivery ratio etc.

Our increasing dependence on information technologies and autonomous systems has escalated international concern for information-and cyber-security in the face of politically, socially and religiously motivated cyber-attacks. Information warfare tactics that interfere with the flow of information can challenge the survival of individuals and groups. It is increasingly important that both humans and machines can make decisions that ensure the trustworthiness of information, communication and autonomous systems. Subsequently, an important research direction is concerned with modelling decision-making processes. One approach to this involves modelling decision-making scenarios as games using game theory. This paper presents a survey of information warfare literature, with the purpose of identifying games that model different types of information warfare operations. Our contribution is a systematic identification and classification of information warfare games, as a basis for modelling decision-making by humans and machines in such scenarios. We also present a taxonomy of games that map to information warfare and cyber crime problems as a precursor to future research on decision-making in such scenarios. We identify and discuss open research questions including the role of behavioural game theory in modelling human decision making and the role of machine decision-making in information warfare scenarios.

Abstract. Firstly, current development of SHM technology and application of WSNs technology in SHM are introduced. Secondly, based on analysis and comparison with routing protocols for WSNs, considering large numbers of nodes, individual nodes with extremely limited resource and data remotely transmission in a WSNs for large structural health monitoring. A highly efficient energy-saving routing protocol named WSPSHM (Wireless Sensor Protocol for Structural Health Monitoring) is developed, and details of routing algorithm are presented. Finally, the network simulation software NS2 is briefly introduced. Test and performance evaluation of routing algorithm with NS2 are discussed. Detailed flow and analyzing results of simulation are presented. Compared with current routing protocols, WSPSHM could effectively reduced radio frequency and ensure that the entire networks have higher throughput and longer life cycle at low level of energy consumption. Feasibility of network organizing technology for WSNs of large structural health monitoring is demonstrated.
