Dyslipidemia and cardiovascular disease in Vietnamese people with HIV on antiretroviral therapy

Abstract: With expanding antiretroviral therapy (ART) in Vietnam, the use of second-line ART with ritonavirboosted lopinavir (LPV/r) is increasing. However, little is known regarding the effect of LPV/r on dyslipidemia (DL) and cardiovascular disease (CVD) in people with HIV in Vietnam.
