Dystonia in a Patient with Melanoma Metastatic to the Brain Treated with High-Dose Interleukin-2, Radiation Therapy, and Levetiracetam

Abstract: Dystonia has been described as a potential toxicity of radiation therapy. Management of this rare movement disorder is targeted in symptom improvement. We report a case of a 46-year-old female patient who developed dystonia during treatment of melanoma metastatic to the brain and discuss potential causes of and therapies for this rare complication.
