E-governance success factors in Bangladesh: A cross-sectional quantitative study on union digital centers

Abstract: Unfolding e-governance success factors in Bangladesh through analyzing union digital centers (UDCs) is the main objective of this study. In doing so, a cross-sectional quantitative method is utilized through collecting data of 369 UDC users based on a structured questionnaire survey.
