The aim of this research is to analyze the ratios of the Aceh provincial government's financial reports. Financial ratio analysis is useful for determining the financial health of local governments both now and in the future. The ratios used are the effectiveness ratio, efficiency ratio, growth ratio, independence ratio, compatibility ratio, liquidity ratio and solvency ratio. This research uses secondary data taken from the website, namely taking the 2018-2022 Aceh provincial government financial report. The results show that the independence ratio is very low, the effectiveness ratio is very good, the efficiency ratio is good, the growth ratio is still fluctuating, the compatibility ratio can be said to be good, the liquidity ratio is very good, the solvency ratio less than good.

The enhancement of evaluation methods and development of effective public administration mechanisms are crucial for providing effective e-government services. This article explores the international practice in the field of e-service evaluation. The organization and provision of e-services in government entities, as well as the evaluation regarding the organization and functioning of information systems are implemented by the “ASAN service” system in the Azerbaijan case. The evaluation of organization and functioning of e-services is conducted by considering three determined criteria: the level of digitalization and relevance, the level of information openness and accessibility, and the level of convenience of use. Evaluation of e-services allows for improving the level of services and the development of feedback mechanisms. Currently, much attention is focused on the development of citizen-centered services.

Developing e-Government interoperability in the government context is a complex task. As interoperability in government context is associated and hindered by many challenges and barriers connected to government nature of complexity. Interoperability is generally defined as the ability for two (or more) systems to exchange information and to use the information that has been exchanged. In this paper, we focus on computing systems interoperability across government ministries to achieve interoperable e-Government IT based solutions. In order to achieve e-Government interoperability in an organised and efficient way, this paper establishes a guidance-based approach for enhancing the e-Government Interoperability. This contribution is motivated by the limitations of the traditional software engineering methodologies in terms of analysis, design and development frameworks to a point that they can hardly cope with the growing issues of e-Government services interoperability.
