Abstract:Osteosarcoma is a prevalent malignant bone tumor with a poor prognosis. Mothers against decapentaplegic homolog 3 (Smad3) present as a therapeutic target in antitumor treatment, whereas its functions in the osteosarcoma have not been well explored.
