Abstract:The increasing interest in monitoring indoor air quality has led to a growing demand for simple and smallscale gas sensors. We present a miniaturized photoacoustic dual chamber sensor module that includes an infrared hotplate emitter and a wafer-level manufactured photoacoustic detector.
