Early and Rapid Prenatal Diagnosis of Monosomy 2q36.1 in Trophoblast Cells

Abstract: Objectives: CVS is the earliest procedure for cytogenetic analysis but the quality of metaphases obtained does not allow the characterization of subtle chromosomal anomalies.
