“…Although many child welfare and early childhood professionals (e.g., social workers, attorneys, and early childhood educators) find their work with at-risk children and families rewarding, the high rates of turnover among these professionals are difficult to ignore (Grant, Jeon, & Buettner, 2019;Siebert, 2006;Stalker, Mandell, Frensch, Harvey, & Wright, 2007).
