Early corset reclination of uncomplicated type А3 comminuted vertebral fractures in the thoracolumbar spine

Abstract: Objective. To analyze the results of staged preoperative correction of uncomplicated comminuted fractures in the thoracolumbar spine.Material and Methods. Retrospective study included data from 51 patients (33 men and 18 women) 17–35 years old with type A3 spinal injuries without urgent indications for surgery.
