Early Development of Acute Myelogenous Leukemia Following Kidney Transplantation: Possible Role of Multiple Serum Cytokines

Abstract: We report a patient who at the time of kidney transplantation for polycystic kidney disease was found to have an enlarged inguinal lymph node which later demonstrated evidence of extra medullary granulopoiesis.
