Abstract:Childhood-onset systemic lupus erythematosus (cSLE) is a multisystemic autoimmune condition predominantly affecting female teenagers, with high morbidity and mortality. SLE onset is uncommon before the age of 10, and even rarer before the age of 5 (EocSLE).
