Early peritoneal pregnancy in the pouch of Douglas identified by transvaginal ultrasound

Abstract: Synopsis Early peritoneal pregnancy that presented as hematoma containing a gestational sac in the pouch of Douglas was able to be diagnosed using transvaginal ultrasound preoperatively.
