Early Right Cardiac Dysfunction in Patients with Schistosomiasis Mansoni

Abstract: Larger RAA and RVEDA were found in patients with hepatosplenic SM, when compared to patients with the hepatointestinal form, which may suggest early impairment of RV function in patients with hepatosplenic SM.
