“…In 2019, a study by Zhu et al [ 15 ] showed early antiviral therapy with LAM (4 mg/kg, daily) contributed to the rapid negative conversion of serum HBsAg in infants under 1 year old with HBV DNA > 10 5 IU/mL and ALT more than two times the upper limit of normal.
