Early triple malignancies of the female genital tract: A case report

Abstract: A case of early triple malignancies originating in the uterine cervix, endometrium and ovary is reported. A 35-year-old Japanese woman was treated for carcinoma in situ of the cervix by laser conization. Fourteen months later she underwent a modified radical hysterectomy, bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy, omentectomy, and pelvic and para-aortic lymphadenectomy for a diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma and possible ovarian cancer.
