Early upregulation of AR and steroidogenesis enzyme expressions after 3 months of androgen-deprivation therapy.

Abstract: Background: Androgen-Deprivation Therapy (ADT) is a standard treatment for advanced prostate cancer (PCa). However, there is a high recurrence or progression rate during ADT.
